Having just returned from a month in Europe only a couple of weeks ago, I've lately been raiding my camera (a Nikon D3100 if anyone is interested, which I would recommend) and I've put together a collection of my favourite photos. Beginning in Paris for 5 days, we then headed to Spain for a week, and Portugal for 12 days, before jumping on an MSC cruise which took us to Cannes, Barcelona, Ajaccio, and Naples, to name a few. Here are a few gorgeous snaps I managed to capture before we got on that dreaded 24-hour flight home.

The Best of Europe

Feeling a little nostalgic last night I decided to take a trip down memory lane and have a snoop around some of my favourite photos I've taken in some gorgeous locations across Europe.  Seeing as some of my travel posts have been the most popular, I thought I'd share with you guys some of my favourite photos from my travels. While I'm no professional photographer (this is probably very evident!) I do love to have a camera in my hand if I'm exploring somewhere new. Enjoy!

If you've had a bit of a snoop around these parts already it'll be no surprise to you that I love nothing more than travel. I've been lucky enough to venture to a fair few gorgeous, interesting, historically rich places, but I'd be lying if I said I'd been to everywhere my heart desires.

Six Of The Prettiest Places In Europe

There's absolutely no doubt that Europe boasts some of the most gorgeous locations in the world. From historic cities and tiny villages found in any European country... to beach side heaven in the likes of Italy or Greece.... to tiny fairytale like towns tucked away in the Norwegian Fjords... The list is neverending and no matter how many times one visits, there is always somewhere new to take your breath away. Here are six places in Europe which I've found to be among the most picturesque and photogenic. 

A few Paris Highlights...

I've loved Paris ever since my first visit in 2011 and even though Australia is so far from France I've been lucky enough to recently return. While the hustle and bustle of typical tourist attractions is all well and good, I found on my second visit an urge to roam around the slightly quieter areas and do as the Parisians do. Here are a few of my favourite places in Paris, that you may or may not have heard of yet.

Nyhavn, Copenhagen

There's something about Copenhagen that just makes you want to roam about aimlessly, discovering everything that the city has to offer. With it's simply breathtaking scenery, adorable stores and cafes and incredible restaurants, this city has something for everyone. 

When in Santorini...

There's something so captivating about those Greek white washed walls and indescribable blue seas. While I've been lucky enough to have been to so many stunning places, Santorini has always been one of my travel highlights. Gorgeous weather, absolutely stunning scenery and no shortage of photo opportunities, Santorini captured my heart in both 2011 and 2014, and hopefully holds many more future memories.
